I have always suffered from oily skin and I have always drank 2 or 3 glasses of 2% milk a day. Now I have no war on milk and I think it works well for many, but I have been considering eliminating it from my diet. When I was young I had difficulties with lactose intolerance and maybe I still have that to some extent.
I went on a paleo diet for three or four days, and during that time I had my total testosterone tested. I remember it had jumped over 100 ng/ml from 400 to 500, which isnt fantastic to begin with, but nonetheless an improvement. I dont think that I had much acne at the time either, which is surprising to me since I thought testosterone level and acne were correlated.
Since milk has always been a staple in my diet, is there something that I can substitute to give me the healthy fats and calories that I need?
Also, do you think going off milk can raise or lower testosterone?
