Sorry guys didn't update last night. Wasn't feeling good so didn't get to workout. Kidneys were hurting/burning yesterday afternoon an evening , nauseous, shakey and sick last night. Woke up about 11 covered in sweat. Don't feel right this morning either plus anxiety high. Skipped clen and only one cup of coffee this morning. I'll see how I feel through today and may workout tonight. Going to lay off of stims for a bit and up my water intake. I've been just over a gallon a day.

Thanks guys, I felt a little better today. Kidneys were bothering me a little this morning by subsided as the day went on. I ate with no problems but did get a little nauseous during my workout tonight (legs).
My anxiety was pretty high all day and got bad enough at the gym I was almost ready to leave. I didn't take the clen this morning to see if it would help, which didn't. I don't think it is the T3 but I am going to drop it tonight too. They are the only thing I have added in that could be triggering my anxiety.

My wife decided to go with me again tonight to workout. It was leg day so I tried to take it easy on her. She still said her legs were shakey and tight after we got home. Hoping she isn't to sore tomorrow and I scare her away from going back. She followed my routine but she just did 3 sets of 6-8 on everything instead of doing the actual routine.


Leg Curls- 3 sets 6, two drops, the 10 partials
230 3 x 6 drop
150 x 8 drop
100 x 10
Then 10 partials out of the bottom

Squats- 2 warm up sets 135 x 10 , 225 x 10
315 x 6
365 2 x 3 drop
225 x 10

Leg Press- 4 drop sets, locked out knees after each set and had my wife strip a 45 from each side
630 x 8 drop
540 x 8 drop
450 x 8 drop
360 x 8
I felt the burn clear down in my calves after doing these!!!

Lunges- these we did 10 with my left leg, then 10 with right leg
Holding 2 25's x 10 each leg
Holding 2 30's x 10 each leg

Seated calf raises- 30 reps, after each 10 reps you hold for 10 sec
90 x 30
45 x 30

I sweat worse tonight than I have in a long time. If I was catching some bug, I think I sweat it out tonight haha. I'm pretty sure we both will pay for this workout tomorrow! Gonna be sore!!!

Well I didn't scare the wife off doing legs last night, she went back tonight with me :) She did say she was sore, but she pushed through today fine.

We did chest and shoulders tonight, I had to change a few exercises because the gym was packed and I got tired of waiting on certain machines.

Machine press- Neutral grip
210 x 8
250 x 8
290 x 8 (stack)

Had to go to DB's first here.

Flat bench DB twist press- started with neutral grip ( hands facing each other) and twisted at the top so pinkies were twisted inward
75's 3 x 10

Bench press- explosive
225 5 x 5

Incline BB press- constant tension, had to use smith machine
225 3 x 8

Cable side lateral raise- cable behind me
30 3 x 12

Face Pull-
60 3 x 30!!!
BURN!!!!

Front DB raises-
30's 3 x 10

Gym thermostat said it was 74 degrees tonight, felt more like 94!! I started sweating before I was even done with my first set!! Should of really burnt some calories tonight haha

Feeling better today, but still dealing with anxiety issues damnit!
I'm going to try to get up early and do some cardio tomorrow. I haven't done any this week because I wasn't feeling good enough to get up early before work. With that being said I am still at 202. So down 8lbs so far.

I did last night, I just had to do all the work ;)

And DOMS didn't hit her to bad. She is sore and takes a minute to get up off the couch haha, but she is a trooper and is ready to go back.

I've got 4 days left on the elimistane, so I will probably do a review this weekend sometime. I'll have a little more time to review my thoughts and get them on here than if I tried to do it in the middle of the week ;)
