How u think elimistane is thus far?

I dose it prebed. I wake up looking tighter/leaner and my libido seems to be going up some, so so far so good ;)
 
Interesting on the night time dosing. Personally, I like the once a day stuff. Makes life in general so much easier.
 
For the purposes of managing cortisol it would be better to take it in the morning. One purpose of cortisol is to wake you up in the morning. Eating when levels are high can lead to increased fat gain though.

on the same note testosterone is lower at night which can cause a spike in estrogen, hence why old schoolers take anti e's at night.
 
My fat ass needs all the help it can get, so for cutting purposes I take it in the morning on an empty stomach. Definitely good to know for when I'm trying to bulk up though.
 
So..... 6 of one, half a dozen of the other? I guess I'm an older new school guy. I'll take my Cort supps in the morning.
 
I'm thinking a low dose reduce xt in am and elimistane at night!!

arimistane is already more anti cort than anti estrogen, imo...75mg of arimistane is a hefty dose, adding in reduce xt might cause some bad joint issues. i would advise against it....i was told by a very reliable source that time of day doesn't matter all that much with arimistane, as long as you take it daily.

the ecottonni might prove to be different.......i am waiting to try elimistane for myself, then i will be able to give my thoughts on it...

New chest and shoulder workout this week. As expected pretty intense !

Db press on slight incline- 2 sec hold contraction
85's 4 x 8

Explosive bench- Pause on chest , explode up
245 4 x 5

Slight incline bench- constant tension, don't touch chest and don't lock out elbows
225 3 x 6

Weighted chest stretch push-ups - put feet on bench and each hand on a 4" platform to get a good stretch
25# weight on back
15,10,10
Plus you do a 30 sec stretch in between sets

Bent over rear delt laterals raises-
20's 3 x 20

Face pulls- 2 sec hold contraction
90 3 x 12

Explosive cage press- Set pin at chin height, rest bar on pins between each rep, then explode up
105 5 x 5

Meadows reason for the two rear delt moves are to balance out the shoulders. To many guys have huge front delts and small rear delts. I could tell I not only pumped up my rear delts, but also stretched out the front ones. My shoulders felt like they were pulled back more than normal :D

I'll be interested to see how I feel in the morning. I've been dosing the Elimistane at night before bed and wake up feeling tight. I am eating a cup of oats tonight prebed so we'll see. Maybe I will be fuller and tight :D
 
You taking elimistane with any other goodies??

That would cause the effects I am experiencing? No. 250mg Tudca, Elimistane, Ralox, 50mg zinc, all prebed.

Thanks man. It was, I had a better than normal pump in my chest, that actually lasted through out my shoulder workout. Normally the pump kind of fades and my shoulders swell up!

geez...you of all people should know you can't expect noob like gains every workout....you are at a point where gains are gonna come much slower and harder to come by, lol....as if you didn't now that, lol.

I was referring more to the workout. I leave feeling like I didn't get much accomplished. These last few weeks running Meadows routines I am not getting much out of the back day workouts. I feel like I need to add some more volume or exercises or both.
 
Finally hit my second chest and shoulders workout. I had been missing the second day for a few weeks now. Got a crazy pump and felt pretty strong through out the entire session.

Machine press- neutral grip with a 2 sec squeeze!!

I've never done the 6-ways and holy sheep ****!!!! I had to stop half way through my last set and I still didn't get all my reps in. Craziness man!!




I weighed myself this morning. I had been weighing around 208-210 with my diet fluctuating daily. That was up until last Sat. Now that I have been strict and with 4 days cardio I weighed 205.4 this morning. Not sure if it was just from lining out my diet or I actually dropped a few lbs this week. I will see how next week goes and adjust from there.

I just started this week. 4 20min hiit sessions. That is why I said IF, I am anxious to get next week over to see if I drop anymore, or if my weight was just adjusting to the new strict diet.

Thanks guys!! One main thing though I have no blood work to show it is the cortisol control has deffinately got to be helping. I hadn't said much but things didn't work out at work and I got changed departments. It was a pretty ****ty deal and have been pretty stressed the last few weeks, which I know is raising my coritsol levels, EXCEPT that I really think the Elimistane is helping keep them under control. I know it is because I am sleeping better, dropping weight, and my sex drive is sky rocketing, all things that high cortisol can affect.

75mg of arimistane at work...i have always thought arimistane a very potent anti-cort....damn fine results, even though i am sorry about that crap at work-been there, lol.

SIngle arm Cable extensions- (gladiator salute) 1 rep plus .5 reps from the extended position = 1 REP

As you can see I had to lower weights on most of the exercises. What I could normally do about killed me with supersets and 30 sec rests. My arms were unbelievably pumped!!

Instead of being over powered by the flavor of the BCAAs and Karbolyn mixed I used just under a half a gallon on water and mixed it with it. Then just carried the jug with me tonight at the gym. Worked out pretty good.


As I said earlier, the Arimistane is helping lean me out. I was 203 this morning. Losing a little quicker than I want. Although I was out of town yesterday and I didn't eat much plus got very little water so I would say I was depleted some. I'll watch my weight this week and see if I continue to lose this quick.

Yep we get so caught up in the rat race we slightly forget what really matters at the end of the day!!
 
Forgot to put in my update, I was in excruciating pain in the gym today!! I never do ab work and decided I needed to start. So I was doing leg raises (elbows supported) really concentraing on using my lower abs. I did two sets of 15 and started to walk around for a minute. Out of nowhere my right lower ab started to twitch/spasm, then the right on started. Then all at once they both cramped up on me!! I looked like a fish out of water, except I was standing up! I would lean one side and stretch, then the other. It would just start to let loose and I would lean back forward and BOOM it would cramp up again!! I am just glad I was the only one in the gym!!! I say was definitely targeting my lower abs!
 
Not trying to scare you, but be careful trying to jump in head first with ab work if you've taken a while off from it. I did that in the Marine's and tore my stomach up pretty bad. The broken muscle cells went into my kidneys & they started shutting down quick. My urine was dark brown - not red.. Scary stuff. Took me about 6-8 months to fully recover and not be afraid to do any situps..

Other than that, you're putting in some solid workouts dude!

i lay flat on a bench with my butt and legs hanging over and raise legs wearing 10lb ankle weights...i cheat though and grip the bars with hands, but still amazingly hard to do. best thing i have found for abs, but be ready for some hurt.

i try to keep legs straight, lol....after 6 i usually struggle to get 10 and might cheat a little!!!


I've done them this way too, just getting back into them so I figured I would do one exercise at time for now.
