Elevated ALT on Ostarine

27f on first SARMs cycle. Taking 7mg of liquid ostarine. I did not get bloods done before the cycle but got them drawn right at the two week mark. I know SARMs can stress the liver but just wondering how bad these numbers are? My AST came back as 48 and ALT came back as 176. Is this bad enough that I should end the cycle? Have been taking 1000mg/day of NAC and 350mg/day of milk thistle since starting the cycle. Anything else I should be taking for liver support?
 
Not sure about the alt because those numbers are higher then mine but I can tell you had had mine checked a couple weeks ago right before I started my cycle and my ast was 50 and alt was 69. My doctor told me those numbers are not dangerous but to keep a eye on it. Also be carefull getting blood test with in 48 hours of intense training because that can show elevated liver enzymes. I made this mistake, I did legs like 12 hours before my blood test, so I'm gonna get rechecked soon. Also you can add tudca to your liver support supplements.
 
It’s high. How are you taking? I’m on Proviron and Turinabol and after 3 weeks mine were higher than yours. I stop for 2 weeks and checked again and they were back to normal. I started to taking sublingual and tested again and they are in a normal range. I also spread-out my dosage throughout the day.
