Wich of these is the elemental weight?

It should be on or the other, I am asuming it would be the 200mcg, the reason is, that customcapsule have the ingredients sold by elemental weight, so I need to know so I know how much to put in the cap.

I believe Chromium is usually listed as elemental on most products

I know that, I think he as asking about amont of Cr in chromic chloride, and 1 mg of CrCl3 doesn't contain 200 micrograms of Cr, assuming a purity = 1. If it is normalized for a purity factor and/or excipients, it may only be 200mcg of Cr.
