Hey,
Currently in Vietnam, I've been suffering from dehydration so I've been buying different forms of electrolytes.
I'm just wondering if some of these are safe to use, because they seem very potent.
The tablets are standard, maybe weak.
I found a box of satchels, which seem pretty potent and then single satchel which is extremely potent.
Originally the pharmacy said to take 4 to 8 tablets a day, so I'm wondering with the two different versions of satchels, how much per day is enough? I don't feel dehydrated but I've had light-headedness so it's the only thing I can think and trying to up my water.
