4 Egg Whites
1/4 cup Diced Tomato
1/4 cup Chopped onion
Diced Jalepeno (too taste)
Cilantro (too taste)


Saute your tomato, chopped onion, diced jalepeno
pour in your 4 egg whites and scamble until done. Drop in a bit of cilantro and feast is on.

Are you leaving out the yolks for a specific reason? I know the Fat/Cholesterol content is somewhat high... but the yolk provides most of the vitamins and minerals as well as taste :D
 
What's wrong with cholesterol? It's the building block of testosterone.

For that matter, what's wrong with fat?

i agree, there is a weak correlation between dietary cholesterol and the cholesterol found in your body, if your cholesterol is high, start balencing your macros out a little more evenly
 
i think its about 6g of protein per egg so 4 would be 24g.

yes i eat the egg whites and the yolk, we need the fat in it. i do for my ckd.

good recipe though, tasty ;)

There is no exact answer. It depends on the size of the egg. In an average white there is approximately 3.6 grams of protein. So you're looking at anywhere between 12-14 grams of protein in 4 egg whites.
