Egg Recipes

So, I am sitting in my living room on X-Mas vacation, and im trying to choke down ANOTHER batch of eggs. I am a little loopy and adventurous right now, so I threw some Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce.....not the worst experiment I have done, but definitely does not mix well (I will finish them BTW).

Any ideas on how to make eggs not so bland would be appreciated!

my personal fav.

You can also try them on whole wheat toast with a little salt and pepper. Try making the eggs different ways too. Omletes are nice, especially with veggies and cheese. Or scrambled: throw in some pepper-jack cheese, onions, and peppers; put into a tortilla w/salsa and BAM you have huevoes rancheros. Hard-boiled and soft-boiled eggs are good too. Imo, variety is key.

SALT! Plenty of kosher salt steps them up a bunch. Salt and eggs are delicious!

Also, dried parsley. Load those scrambled eggs down with plenty of parsley and they taste great.

l suppose it would have been much more beneficial to everyone and explain that I am on a Ketogenic diet, and I am trying to cut the fat.

Don't be such a wuss and just eat them! lol jk, but seriously. Haha, they are great with sea salt, also cut them up and mix them with mayo, and voila! you have egg salad! I prefer them with miracle whip but off the top of my head i dunno how they are on carbs.

kc, were you referring to hardboiled or just regular? I was under the impression of hardboiled, but if not, I have a great idea for you!

I use Creol seasoning in mine...spices it up a little and gives it some salt
