Effects of BA? Harsh Gear?

I am wondering what some effects one might experience from a 250mg/ml T.E. if it had a high BA level, as I have read here and on other boards that my particular stuff has. I have amps btw so I dont think refiltering would be easy as I have no equipment or expertise in this process. I would appreciate any information anyone can offer, thanks.

it would hurt to inject it. and refiltering it would not effect the ba content.
