Effective 4-andro dosage?

What is an effective 4-andro dose,solo or stacked, to see some gains from it?

And which 4 andro product is the best on the market today?
 
200-500mg is my recommendation. Some companies offer it in 110mg capsules, some are 115mg, some are 100mg. So it depends what brand you are using.

Spartan Nutrition's "4-Glory" is 115mg per capsules, 60 caps per bottle, putting it at the highest amount of 4-andro per bottle I've seen.

Primeval Lab's "4-Andro" is 100mg/60 caps.

Olympus Labs is 110mg/60 caps, or, 110mg/90 caps

I'd recommend you stack 4-andro with 1-andro. By itself it won't be too impressive. A recommended stack is 300+mg of both 1 and 4-andro, ran for 8 weeks. Common to include 500-700+mg of epiandro on that stack as well. SERM PCT afterwords

Stacked yes. Op, don't use it solo
 
Vicious labs 4 andro "Freak Show" 150mg per cap x 90 caps a bottle for $50!! Get it, you wont be disappointed.
