Can't wait to use them on the incline dumbbell presses....not a lot of gyms here have weights over 66lbs. Mine has 88lbs dumbbells...but 110lbs is like a dream come true.

Anyway, managed to do 2 workouts the past week, and I played a football match(legs are ****ing sore from that)

Have 2 weeks of holidays now, so I'll be more active again;)

Damn...missed y'all.
 
Changed my diet today. Far less carbs...more protein and healthy fats.

Time to get those veins and abs popping....
