Man we are going through teething problems here too. Only affects her sleep, she's fine during the day, but at night cries and wakes up every couple hours.
So glad to hear she might be feeling better though man. It has been a tough one!!

Man...getting teeth sucks!!!

Her gum is also very red and irritated. That's probably why she doesn't like to drink or eat.

My wife's parents are coming over, I know grandpa will cheer her up...she is mad about grandpa...absolutely adores him.
 
Another home remedy for teething is to dip your finger in whiskey or bourbon and rub this on her gums a couple of times. The alcohol is natural (not like the Oragel chemicals) and helps numb the gums. The remaining shot is for you to drink! Lol

I actually don't drink alcohol. Maybe twice a year...bit of dark rum with coke.

Just going to bed is a nightmare...she has been screaming the past hour...I hate this...she was such a good sleeper. Now she just won't go to sleep.

Really getting frustrated....and ofcourse the arguments with my qife:(

I'm glad to be going to work again monday...sorry...very bad and selfish I know:(
 
She sleeps.....hallelujah!!!....please please please sleep through the night.

Don't get me wrong...I adore my little princess.
 
I totally understand! I don't think bad about you at all! I've been there and it's very hard!! It will get better! Hang in there! I hope/pray she sleeps for you!
 
Allmost 00.00. She woke up every freakin hour since 20.00.

I go, next time my wife etc....this is killing me I tell you.

1) is she sleeping during the day and thus not tired at night?
2) any food being given that is giving her energy for the night? Sugar, caffeine soda, etc?
3) liquids before bed that she needs to use bathroom?
4) lights in the room or through the window that's keeping her awake? Noises?

Boy I hope you figure this out. Sleep is a must.

1) yes she sleeps during the day. 1 hour tops. She is 1,5 years old.
2) just a baby bottle
3) still has a diaper
4)nope, room is nice and dark.

She sleeps and then wakes up every hour. Or every 15minutes:(

At 3.00 we gave up:( and she spend the night with us....so tired...
 
My better half says this is normal due to teething pain waking her. Keep your chin up and nap when you can.
 
We use it in moderation because we don't like to overuse medicine in our house, especially with our kids. But the infant Tylenol (acetaminophen) works great for teething pain an help her sleep. We probably only use it twice a week, but after every time she sleeps noticeably better with less fussing.
 
It'll improve man. Tuff times ahead for sure, until she's 35. (If you're lucky) Lol

It's hard not to argue with the wife, I know, but she can't better the situation either. As the man of the house you have to calm the situation. Just my 2¢.
 
She's probably cutting her 1st molars then. Those are the WORST! Tylenol/ora-gel are your best friends! Coat her gums in the back with it really well before she goes to bed and give her Tylenol. That should help a lot. It shouldn't last much longer but those suckers hurt to cut!
 
Thanks everybody....during the day she is fine. Just the sleeping part is still a bit difficult.

Hoping it will improve a bit each day.

So do you have the actual Y3T package, or just look up the workouts?

My version....but I somewhat use the theory.

Lay out on bodybuilding.com is pretty good. But like Neil Hill says....you can change it to your needs;)
 
The basic idea of Y3T:

3 week cycle
Week 1: compounds mostly: 6-12 rep range

Week2: compounds + isolation : 12-16reps range

Week 3: high reps 20- even up to 100reps. Lots of dropsets etc

After 3 weeks repeat cycle...ofcourse trying to improve on weights, reps

After 9 weeks one week of rest.


This way you target all different muscle fibres, and you give the joints some relief by not always using the heavy loads that you get with the low rep training.
