Ectomorph thread

I wanted to start a thread to help the ectomorphs out there. The guys that somewhat look like they workout but are stuck in a phase where if they cut they would be too skinny but if they bulk (the wrong way) they wouldn’t look like they train. A few of my friends who aren’t on this forum wanted to see what you all would say. Have at it guys!
 
Yeah I'm one of those ecto's. High volume, high training frequency is all that works well for me. Supersetting everything and short rest periods (30-60). Keeping each workout under 40 minutes. That gets the best out of my own skinny man genes.
 
Subbed. This 57 year old ecto increases calories and puts inches on the waist.
 
In as a 45 years old ecto that eats a pint of Ben & Jerrys before bed and wakes up 2-4 lbs lighter. Lots of extra calories and super-set training for me to add weight through the years. It still sticks to the belly and love handles as well.
