You only need one dose of baby aspirin per day with EC. Take it with the first dose.

Ya, it's not needed but if ppl choose to use it, one dose is good enough.

ECA is pretty unbeatable. Ephedrine also has some great cognitive benefits. I feel much better on it than any fat burner in the market.

For me it's close to a low dose adderall in terms of focus, appetite suppression and mild euphoria. (I'm on prescription adderall xr, not recreational)

Ive been taking two doses daily! I think i will just take a dose off, so i will be taking 1 dose in the morning time for ~2 weeks! Then i will go back to 2 doses daily for the next 6-8 weeks!

That shouldn't be an issue. I'be run it much longer then that.

12 Weeks is the recommended time. Eventually your body builds a tolerance & you have to use more
and more of it to get the desired results. If you keep using it continuously, eventually you will get to the
point where you can pop 2, 3 or 4 Ephedrine's at a time and will only give you the same effect as taking 1.

Can't say completely okay because I don't know anything about your health, but I've run it for 16 weeks before with 0 issues
