ECA stack help

I'm going to run an ECA stack, starting it the third week of a six week cut I'm going on in the morning. I've been looking everywhere, but I can not find any real info anywhere. That said, can someone who has ran an ECA stack before tell me how much Ephedrine I should take a day please? Every where I look the info ranges from 8mg a day all the way up to 75mg a day....
