ECA or YCA stack…options.

Unfortunately, most people will read those articles or hear that dnl is rare and interpret it in the way that we all really want to interpret it.
this, to the nth degree

problem around here is, most ppl (yes BY FAR the majority) look for the easy, quick way to accomplish something, that magical pill or the miracle recipe, sans hard work, and sans dietary/food change .. there is very little true understanding of macro/micro nutrient values, and even less of dietary construction suited to accomplish specific goals (like fat loss for example)

then, compound that with the fact that most ppl speak of and refer only to their personal goals and beliefs, without any kind of understanding that different ppl have different goals, and every metabolism is a little bit different than another -- again confusing the masses with their rhetoric because these are ppl and sources they look to for their answers

so, these silly generalities come out, that simply further confuse the ignorant and uneducated masses, and lead to awesome (tho very futile) arguments

even the "expert forums" are little microcosms of society in general, albeit (relatively speaking) to a lessor degree somewhat

gotta love it

You think glycophase is used to prevent obesity?

Remember though, glycogen can only be stored in the liver and muscle tissues until glycogen stores are full, and the remaining glucose is stored as body-fat. Eating too many carbohydrates can cause this process to occur. This overflow triggers an insulin response and the bigger the insulin response, the more resistant the body can become to the effects of insulin, especially in muscle tissue. The more 'insulin resistant' the body becomes, the more insulin that is needed to get the job done. This increase in insulin can cause more glucose to be diverted into adipose tissue and stored as body-fat. This can be both a short and long term process. Overdoing carbohydrates in just one meal can cause an insulin response that can temporarily desensitize muscle insulin receptors and cause glucose to spill over into fat stores. Over the long term, this can lead to metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and obesity.

Dude I'm done with this. Read the copy on your own website before you start this nonsense.

You stated sugar causes obesity, i counteres that argument. You then try to counter my statement using a product the company I rep for as a basis for your claim which is a very underhanded way to try 'win' an argument.

I'm simply telling you the links are not causative; no need to try put me in that kind of position.

Incorrect. You said it won't, I said it can. I will not win this argument, nor will you. We both believe our sides to be based on anecdotal evidence as well as science, and I'm guessing we both could easily produce studies to back up our claims. Let's let this one die on the table now.

I do enjoy the EC stack from time to time.

If you note what some of the ingredients do in Glycophase, or any GDA, you will note they serve more than what the ad copy says.

I'll rephrase. When eaten in accordance to your own TDEE or under (not in excess),weight gain won't occur (i.e. The principle of IIFYM).

This is grossly oversimplified but it holds true in many cases. Being in a deficit implies weight loss and being in an excess implies weight gain ( can be countered but lets keep it simple).

My country tried to.impose a sugar tax but had no evidence sugar causes obesity so it fell through

Most product write ups r dumbed down/ simplified for the masses who may not be interested in or cannot / do not care about the science behind the product.

With that being said, as more educated users, it is up to us / the consumer to look at these products and their ingredients and make an educated decision as to the claims being made and if they fit our own goals and beliefs. There are plenty products people love that I won't touch bc I simply do not find them useful or plausible.

GDA's can transiently boost GH, yet I cannot recall a single one touting this as a benefit, for example. It's up to the consumer to figure out if/how/why a product will or won't work for him specifically.

I hear it's a lovely country. A friend of mine considered moving there. Lots of green pastures, or so I'm told.

Truly is. I live in Auckland which is the biggest city in NZ,and the second biggest city in the world land mass wise, and it only has about 1.3million people. Lol

What are the beaches like over there?

Fantastic. We have a lot of surf beaches on both black and white sand.

If you ever get a chance to visit, i highly recommend it. South island is surreal

Absolutely. Well said ched

I got some Primatene tab yesterday for $6.50 at CVS, and took one when I woke up on an empty stomach. After about 30 minutes I think I have either one of two, or both, things.

I'm calm and hell and chilled out like nothing else. Which leads me to believe I either have ADD or an extremely high stimulant tolerance. Ideas?

did u take it with 250mg of caffeine? Lol plus I think primatene is only 12.5mg HCL....

If its your first dose u should def still feel it- so long as u took it with 250mg caffeine..

I took it on an empty stomach with 250mg caffeine, an Aspirin Back & Body (250mg aspirin + 35mg caffeine) and had a Pepsi Max (0 cal, 68mg caffeine). So that's closer to almost 350mg caffeine, lol.

Still haven't felt a thing, just calm and relaxed. Body temperature is the same, no increased sweating or anything.

Same here, it seemed to work well for fat loss but I even tried ECY and felt nothing at all.

Unless you want an energy boost, lipolysis will be in full effect.

As long as the fat burning is in full effect, I can deal with it not giving me much energy. I can take a pre-workout and it helps a little. My stimulant tolerance is high. I essentially mainstream caffeine and nicotine (I dip).

EC never gave me much energy and I never could "feel" it. But it did suppress my appetite and was very noticeable for fat loss. I think it is like this for many people.

So far, I think today is my 5th day taking ECA and I'm already seeing some fat loss, especially in my calves, arms and chest. The appetite suppressant is no joke, I'm never hungry. Yesterday I only ate once, unfortunately. The energy isn't noticeable for me at all. But so far, it seems to be working. I found 80, 200mg caffeine pills at Walmart for $3.50, so I snagged a few bottles of them.

What's the longest EC cycle possible?

Studies have been done for up to 24 weeks. I just finished a 14 or 15 week run and I will be cutting myself off at 12 weeks during the next run. Mostly bc I just stopped seeing results. It certainly kept me lean, but I stopped losing BF. at that point it's suggested to run YC stack, as the yohimbine hcl will work on stubborn fat deposits. Take 2-3 weeks between cycles of EC

I wonder if it would be advisable to use YC on the break from EC... Different receptors..... But I'm not qualified to answer that question.
