ECA for 12 years

I'll be honest, the Original Xenadrine RFA1 helped me lose close to 100 pounds, and after it was banned, ive been taking bronkaid and caffiene EC on and off for thexample last 12 years. I still get the appetite suppression, but don't think the fat loss is there anymore. I've been on it for the last 4 months, twice daily. Besides just not taking it for a few weeks, has anyone has results "resetting " their receptors?

Anything related to "resetting receptors" is likely hogwash. The EC is working just as it always has. What needs to be looked at and/or reevaluated are all the other factors such as diet, exercise/activity levels, etc. in order to realize continued fat loss.

Awesome job on losing all that weight, btw.

Trying an IF diet now. I'm 5'10 245, aiming for net 1600-1800 calories a day.
The 1800 calories per day will be reasonable, depending on your history. I would recommend a break from the stims for a month or two, and really just focus on eating clean calories and getting some exercise (both cardio and weight training) in at least 4 times per week.
Definitely don't neglect the weight training. It will transform your body and increase your metabolism.

Valid points one and all regarding diet/training, has to come first. Also, impressive work dropping all the weight. Have you checked out some of the newer Evomuse products like Rebirth, Brite, or Epitome? According to the writeups, they may be the ideal supplements for you at this stage.

Pharma, you don't happen to be a Evomuse rep are you? If so, could you PM me?

What receptors specifically? Ephedrine works indefinitely.

You can down regulate receptors for a lot of compounds

Brite seems to be great for long term phenotype modulation so that fat loss is easier in general, but Rebirth sounds like it might be more your speed. Its geared more toward those with a higher bf%.

Good job on losing the 100 pounds bro!

Personnaly, I think your calories are way too low for your weight. From my personal experience, 10 cals per lb of body weight is the lowest you should go. Starting at such a low calorie range doesn't really give a lot of room to
play around with if/when you hit a plateau and it will slow your metabolism too much.

I would do 2200-2300 cals a day to start and adjust from there. Macros should be 220-250g of protein, 230g of carbs to start and rest with fat but not to exceed caloric allowance.

I would do resistance training 5-6 a week and cardio 3x a week for 30-40 min max to start. Doing too much cardio in the beginning again doesn't allow for too much improvement later without doing hours of it. If you do this, you will most likely be in a calorie deficit daily thus yielding progressive results. Notice I said progressive and not over night.

Adjust calories as your weight drops but keep protein high, carbs at .9 or .8 per lb of body weight and fill the rest with fat.

Also, when your done dieting, slowly increase calories back to maintenance (aka reverse diet), if not you'll just get gain the weight back 2x as fast.
This has happened to me 2x in the past so learn from my mistake.

Adjust calories as you lean up. The ECA is the icing on the cake if everything else is in place, if not your just spinning your wheels.

ECA works in the right conditions.

My two cents. Good luck!

Agreed your cal intake does seem low for your stats. Personally I'd forget about any fat burners right now and get your diet on point first. Get closer to 200 on your own then bring in a fat burner if you choose. Cardio and a dialed in diet will get you better results than any fat burning supp on the market.
