EC stack and Benadryl

Im going to be using an EC stack in the next few weeks and i was planning on useing it 3 weeks on 1 week off. during that week off should i take beneadryl?
1) how much benadryl should i take?
2) should i run it differently than i have proposed?

Benadryl isn't strong enough to have the effects you are assuredly looking for.

This is the only thing I could find but I read somewhere else in a more specific study on how long term use of Benadryl causes impotence.
 
Well, it's a good thing he's only gonna use it 1 wk at a time then. Right?

I guess. I wouldn't risk it any longer...
I used it to fall asleep when I was deployed... The sound of jets all hours of the night kept me up... Used it until I read that study... No negative sides for me... Just a fair warning. Dunno if you were being a wise guy or legit. I was just giving the guy sound advice backed up by research...

A little of both. I think it's a bit blown out of proportion or overly dramatic to be honest. All in all benydryl is a very safe drug.
