EC/Erase stack

I'm currently running only EC with the following protocol:
Week 1: e-12.5 c-50mg 2xday
Week 2: e-12.5 c-100mg 2xday
Week 3: e-12.5 c-150mg 2xday
Week 4: e-12.5 c-200mg 2xday
Week 5: e-18 c-200mg 2xday
Week 6-14: e- 25 c-200mg 2xday

I was thinking about adding in erase for the last 4-8 weeks.

I'm already on week 3 of just the EC so I wouldn't be starting the erase till week 7.

Would this be to much? Also I've upped my potassium because I read that E can deplete that and cause heart palpitations. I've never had heart palpitations and was wondering will it be one of those things were ull just know u have them or will it fly under the radar and I might not realize I'm getting them? Also if I stop E will the heart palpitations go away or are they permanent?

You're being very cautious with this, EC complications aren't overly common just pay attention to how you handle it as you go.

Not a bad thing to be cautious but how is this working for you so far?

Common dosing is 25E and 200+ caffeine 2-3x daily the whole way through, all that tapering up isn't necessary IMO

I'm slowing getting some more definition. The focus and energy are very nice. I just want to be on the safe side and I like salty foods, who doesn't, and I know that ur supposed to get twice or three times the amount of potassium so u don't get the heart palpitations and that's my main concern. So I figure if just go slow

So does anyone know if the heart palpitations and other side effects of E stop after use? I imagine they would. And are the heart palpitations from low potassium serious?

Heart palpitations would cease after use as would any effects the stimulants had on your potassium levels.

If the heart palpitations are prominent and noticeable I would suggest lowering your dose. It is about a lot more than potassium levels.

Driven is right. No need to taper it... Although you could go with 1 dose a day to see how it treats you. But I have always done 3x 25/200 from day one on..

If you are getting heart palps, this might not be the stack for you. And in that case there are many other fat burners out there that will yield some great affects. One of my personal favorites as of late is Invalid Link Removed.

Good luck in reaching your goals.

Now would they go away over time the longer I'm on EC? I'm sorry for the newbie question

Normally yes. With continual use of a stimulant like ephedrine your body adapts to it. In many cases people using EC don't feel much at all after the first 4 weeks, but the fat burning benefits are still there. Just monitor your heart rate if you feel its an issue, but your body should adjust to it and they will most likely go away.
