Eating issues with orals

Never had appetite issues with orals before, I used SD, Adrol, Var, Winny without any issues but now 1 week in on Tbol and I have to force feed myself?! Weird sh*t, why is that? I use NAC&Tudca and it’s only been 1 week so I doubt it’s the liver that’s acting up, what else can it be?

I started to dose at night, hopefully that helps.

How much are you using?

Is it tablets?

i think the older you get the worse it gets.. you tear up your guts with that sh17 especially the methyls.

Mmh, idk I just feel stuffed all the time and it’s real struggle to eat my maintance cals at 3200, which is really easy normally.

I was taking stomach acid tablets, and Tums. I seemed to help me some.

Have you used that particular source before?

Thats exactly what I was going to say. We often see people say they used to run harsh orals and now they can’t.. I think after several oral cycles it gets to you and you just can’t take it as good anymore... and age plays a role as well.

I tend to lose my appetite and get slight nausea on methyls around 3-4 weeks in. Besides Epistane, my body hates that stuff. That was my first cycle, about 4 days in, I spent the whole night throwing up, worst night of my life. Was 100% the epistane to. After that night I took a week off and resumed the cycle. The really bad nausea picked right back up, but managed not to throw up. I think I ran it for 8 weeks (wow I was stupid), however around 5 weeks Literally was barley eating, thinking about food made me gag. The gains were great though. About 10 pounds and got leaner (Prob because I wasn’t eating much towards the end LOL)

Definitely should have called it quits and picked a different compound, however that was years and years ago and I was young and dumb.

Not trying to derail, this thread just brought up this memory.

Yeah the older you get the harder it is on the liver.

Drinking too. When your young you can recover from a night of drinking, as you get older it takes a day or 2 to feel normal.

I have, it used to be a pretty solid and good source with a good reputation, they are not around anymore though.

I’ll try the Tums and see if that helps, thanks.

This may not prove to be a popular suggestion but it's something I'd consider if I were in your shoes....are you pretty dead set on running an oral at the moment? If so, do you have any others you would consider swapping in? It may not necessarily be the case that ALL oral steroids will have this effect on you currently. There might just be something particular about tbol and your body at this point in time. For example, I can't run dbol. Feel like sh1t. But I can pop 40mg sdrol no problems. Just because a drug is typically considered "weaker" doesn't mean you will tolerate it. At all.

I'm not trying to push using a steroid if you feel sh1t. I just don't think it is necessarily true that "I'm having a hard time with Tbol; therefore, all oral AAS will cause the same issues". The conclusion doesn't necessarily follow. It may, may not. But this is obviously your health and well-being.

Not really, I’m in the end of a Test&Primo run and wanted to finish with Tbol, I have a few other stuff I can use but I wanted to try Tbol since I never used it and it’s not a DHT. But if I can’t eat it’s no use anyway… idk, I didn’t take any yesterday and today my appetite seems to be back so that’s good, I try dosing before bed tonight and see how I feel tomorrow, if I’m back to no appetite I stop it and try something else.

Thanks for the input guys!

You know, if you Do end up having to stop it, you could try splitting the tabs. Half dosage might be better than none...

I know you’ve probably got a legit source but tbol is apparently often dbol because of the cost 🤷

I lose appetite on sdrol and adrol pretty bad but most others I’m ok. That said my first injectable only cycle has been so easy on the appetite

Yeah you never really know unless you send it for testing yourself, weird, who knew you couldn’t trust drug dealers… 🤔

Funny how the same drugs effect ppl different, I had no issues with appetite on SD and Adrol.

Small update, I took 1 day OFF and then continued to dose before bed and the eating issues have seem to go away, still not as hungry as I normally is but I can get my cals without struggle. One positive is that I have been sleeping hard, had some crazy dreams, don’t know if it’s just a coincidence or not but dosing before bed seem to be the way to go for me on Tbol.

Dosing before bed could be beneficial as your sleeping through some of the negative effects, many orals for me will keep me awake, I have to take them within minutes of me passing out.

could be a liver issue. the onset of a liver issue, or a slight liver issue for me feels like slight pressure in my right abdomen and loss of appetite. especially healthy food, its almost impossible to eat chicken breast or something like that. you have to rely on fatty and sugary foods just to feed yourself.

so its really one of the first signs, way before any kind of jaundice and what not. lethargy would be next in line.

Lethargy happens to like 90% of people if not using a base
