Hear to many 18-20 year olds asking about pcts for PH's or what testosterone builder or AI, your at your peak harness it, if your not making gains at that age your not training right, nutrition sucks, not enough sleep ect. Just my 2 cents.
 
Definitely true. And you wouldnt even get good results to begin with on a PH if your diet and training werent in check. But at a younger age a clean diet and the right program will get a 20 year old a long way.
 
Being in that age bracket i definitely feel you. However I think if you have the diet and training to back it up (I've been training 4 years. 2 of those years with just multi, fish oil, some bcaas, and sometimes a pre). Since adding supps in (natty anabolics, fat burners, etc) based on what my goals are at the time, it has definitely made a huge difference. Granted most people in this age bracket don't count macros(I do meticulously) or train correctly because they haven't taken the time to figure out their body. I wish more guys my age would learn that, get the discipline and then worry about adding in supps because used right, then definitely help.

I see too many guys my age running designers and gaining 5ish lbs on an insane quad methyl stack and the losing it all and messing up their bodies permanently. Throughout highschool I saw a few guys run one designer a local store sold (sd, halo, Lmg, and Epi in one cap) and balloon up and shrivel to nothing with an OTC pct and not know what they really did to themselves.

Bottom line: people need to figure their bodies out and nail down their diet (should be atleast 2 years) and then add the supps in. No such thing as a short cut.
