This thread is for convenient, low calorie foods/snacks/meals. Convenience is key, high protein is a big plus, tastiness & low cost would be nice too, but not required.

Lean Hamburger/Ground TurkeyLarge amounts of lean protein are important for a good cut. I usually grill them up in patties and sandwich them between thick lettuce leaves. The Mrs Dash seasonings are great for this. You can also steam up ground meat and mix with taco seasoning.
Chicken Breasts. Cook up a large quantity, refrigerate some for the next few days, freeze the rest so it can be quickly thawed and eaten later. I chop 'em up and reheat with frozen veggies.
Canned Tuna. This stuff went up in price recently, but it's still hard to beat as a quick protein source. In general, I prefer to just eat it straight out of the can instead of trying to dress it up(it tastes like tuna either way). I do usually add some kind of low cal dressing. Mustard, FF mayo, FF Italian, low cal BBQ sauce, etc.
Low Fat Lunch Meat. Fairly expensive but terribly convenient. I like to microwave it in a bowl of water to cut down on the sodium.
Low Carb Wraps. Eat with any of the meats above. Pick from any of the following ingredients: Low fat sliced or shredded cheese, ff sour cream, ff cream cheese, low cal dressings/mayo/mustard/bbq sauce, any of your favorite veggies. Fresh spinach works great. These are a life savor for me when dieting hard.
FF Cottage Cheese. There are a huge number of ways to flavor this stuff. My favorites are splenda & cinnamon or sugar free jello powder.
Protein Powder. Yeah, this is kinda a no-brainer. Lately I've found the easiest way to prepare is to just mix up with about 2qts of water in a pitcher and keep it in the fridge, have a cup after your meal. Just make sure you drink it within a couple days, it's good at growing bacteria. Another way is to just dump a scoop into only 4oz of water, stir quickly and down it like a shot.
Soup. There are many "light" canned soups out now that are about 100 cals/can. Add your own meat for extra protein.
Broccoli Slaw. Fresh veggies are great to snack on when dieting. Broccoli slaw is cheap and you don't have to chop anything yourself. I eat it with low cal Italian dressing.
Protein Jello. I use unflavored protein powder, but vanilla might be good too. Just blend it up with the water before you mix it into the jello powder, sugar free of course. You can get at least 50g of protein into one box. Awesome for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Celery sticks and FF Cream Cheese. Just another quick snack to grab out of the fridge.
Frozen Berries Blackberries & Raspberries. I don't even thaw them out. High in nutrients & fiber. I just pour into a little bowl and snack on them while I'm watching TV. Another good snack for a sweet tooth that's still low in cals.
