E sides on TRT

I know I just made a post but I figured I should make a separate one for this.
I was having some E sides every once in awhile on 200mg of cyp per week (split in two doses) and I’m also on .5 arimidex on injection days. When I first got on this dose I was horny as hell and my girlfriend couldn’t keep me away if she tried lol it was great! Morning wood every day, great libido, a little more sensitive sexually and I would get so hard you could chop coke with it . Well I noticed I was getting itchy nips here and there and was having mood swings, depression, no drive, lethargy, and all this would come and go. This week I’m feeling fine but last week sucked. I’ve been noticing over the past few weeks I haven’t gotten morning wood very often, erections aren’t as hard, I have a libido to an extent like once me and my girl get going I tear it up but I just don’t really feel like I’m in the mood lately and that says something for me. I don’t have that ramped up horny and motivated feeling I had when starting or upping my dose either. Could all this be estrogen side effects? I spoke to one person on here already and we both believe it’s high E but I didn’t ask about the morning wood or other sexual traits I had when starting TRT so I just wanted to throw this out there. I asked my doctor and they’re sending me more arimidex in tablets so I can try a higher dose but I always bring my issues to the forum as well. What’s your two pennies?
 
That's a pretty decent dose of trt. I would try .5mg the day of and .5mg 2 days after. Give it 2-3 weeks to stabilize and see where you are at symptom wise then adjust dose. Easy to crash E with arimidex.

I am on 150mg a week trt and I range from 1mg to 1.5mg of arimidex a week. It varies on how I am feeling and everyone converts differently.
 
Ha just read your other post about breaking out. That's high estrogen too. Up the dose a little and I bet you get back right.
 
You can also try splitting the dose into more frequent injections.

There’s a podcast that’s called the TOT Revolution that’s interesting. One DR claims he had his levels at 1800 with no Sides with an E level of almost 80 I think? He wasn’t using an AI and doesn’t recommend it apparently. He claims he accomplished this with splitting the injections up. FWIW.
Jay Campbell is the host and he brings in various specialists and interviews them.

I figured it was DHT but I guess we will see. I haven’t taken my shot yet today but I will after breakfast. Might up my dose to .5 mg 3 times a week and see how I feel. My estradiol is 28pg/dL 4 or 5 days after a 100mg shot so I’m guessing it’s much higher the day following a shot. Oddly enough I kind of expected my T to be higher because right now it’s 900ng/dL 4 days from a shot.

I split my dose to 100mg cyp twice a week

The range Quest has is 0.00-39.00pg/ml.
I’ll throw in my other stuff too.

This was 4 days after my second shot of the week at 100mg cyp and .5 anastrozole.

Well I guess that would depend on the week. This week isn’t too bad but last week I had horrible mood swings, itchy nips to the point it woke me up one night, depression out of nowhere, bloating, no energy or sex drive and my wood hasn’t been too great and water retention. It varies though. I assuming my estradiol is higher earlier in the week where as 4 days after it’s 28pg. After an 80mg shot I’m only at 16pg but now with 200mg cyp a week it’s raising. I just miss having the drive to do things and the libido the most. It’s sucks having to explain to my girl why I go soft 30 minutes in.
 
I’m used to being between 8-16pg and when I go over that I don’t feel right. I’m horny as a rhino when my E is that low and sometimes get spontaneous erections but above that it’s like my dick is numb and I get moody and itchy nips.
 
5Areductase inhibitors, shbg inhibitors, possibly more aromatase inhibitor...

Tell you what though, it seems like your body is really fighting hard against having high free t.

I thought it was the serum that mattered, that was the one that was bottomed our previously.

Not sure. It’s a TRT clinic based in Pittsburgh and there’s another one in Florida but I spoke to my “coach” there and asked him what their stance was on things like Deca or winny as another TRT clinic I spoke with prescribes lots of stuff like that and he said they want to last as long as possible and they prescribe Deca but only for people who clinically need it like HIV and cancer patients and not for just anyone with joint pain. They do var too but we didn’t go in depth with that so all in all I’m not 100% where they stand with proviron.
 
If you want your e2 under 20 at all times then more ai is necessary for sure. Your total T was tanked before but your free T was also completely tanked. Your free t is still low compared to your total. You have plenty of total. It’s now a matter of freeing it up and keeping e2 under 20.

Yeah man I was messed up for being 23 at the time. I was gonna go on some epi andro soon if I don’t get that proviron so maybe that’d help? Idk I feel better with lower E but I know Dr Rand that does the YouTube series ask the doc likes to keep people between 15-20 on their E.

If you’re having acne then epiandro might make it worse.
