Dynamic Formulas Thermo Core Log

I received my bottle yesterday and was anxious to start before my evening cardio. 90 capsule bottle and it states " take one with 8oz of water and food in the morning for three days. After three days, an additional may be taken 5-6 hours after. Then day 7 you may add an additional capsule in the morning. I don't think the 3rd pill would be necessary because on on I feel energized.

I have never had results with energy drinks or other pills. Within 25-30 mins I was looking for house chores to do and running around with my toddler. The naringin really enhances caffeine and its great. Not in excess though.

So three hours later I did 20 min of HIIT on the elliptical and sweat more than normal. My logs will be more detailed as we go ahead into this thermogenic and I need to post my before picture somehow. I will post my workout routines also. Thank you dynamic 1.

I am loving this so far. I am eating 2300-2500 calories (clean) and cardio is on my off days. Trying to get a lot of fat off in next few months.

My current supplements are creatine, protein, fish oil and L carnitine. I'll be taking 2 capsules a day and I'll log after my work out later. I have a mind and muscle extreme stack I'll be using later on.
 
I took two days off from the gym for a snowboarding trip in Vermont. I had poor cell service in the house we rented.

I am down 1.5lbs and I will be taking measurements tomorrow. I have zero energy and need to sleep. how do I post pictures here ? Photobucket ?

I still am happy with this product. I still get "energetic" when using it but not over stimulated. Seems to be right on point !

I grew up In Tahoe and have always wanted to head further up north to hit some real snow! not that Sierra cement
 
Snowboarding was insane. The second day I woke up to 4" fresh snow. Snowed all day for a sick leg workout in powder. Next day was perfect groomed snow.

Fresh powder days are amazing not having them is one of the few things I hate about living in SO Cal
 
Due to the horrible winter weather where I live, I have only been to the gym twice a week instead of 5 days. I've been plowing and shoveling all day and night.

I have not stopped taking two a day and I still feel great.

does the Synephrine HCL and/or B-Phenylethylamine HCL have any postivie effects on mood or tactile sensitivity
 
I haven't been up and down like I usually am. I've been staying pretty mellow and I wonder if this is the reason why. People at work were able to piss me off quickly with their stupidity. Not lately.

As far as sensitivity... Not really anything different. I've just been overtired lately from plowing all night and day. I have been to the gym and had my cardio and workouts . When time for bed comes, I do sleep well when I never did.

Nice I personally notice that products that use those two ingredients give me a "feel good Feeling". The fact that its not messing with your sleep is reassuring.
 
Yeah I'm not wired. I feel well. I used shred matrix a few months ago and the first dose I was awake real late and after that I was adapted.

I slowed down the weight training when i started this product and introduced HIIT and thermocore. That second bathroom was at the gym. Don't ask me about the purple. Also I have scars on my chest and all over my back so props for me posting a photo like this.

I know those colors, lol. Don't be self conscious of your scars. Scars are awesome. You should see how many I have. Thanks for keeping up on logging.
 
Hello forum, sorry i have been working my butt off lately. The month of February has been cold and snowy so I havent been around. Living at work due to snow and ice.

I have been only going 3 days a week to the gym and not 6 days like before. But good news for this product... it still works. I still feel the energy with no crash or jitters, my body has become "adapted" to the product. Still feel good and even with 3 days less of excercise.... I am 210-209LBS. I started at 220. I started hiit when i started this product but have done little cardio lately.

I will post fresh pictures tonight. I am very proud of myself for staying with my diet and excercise and not giving up like years ago.
 
As you can see, little arm flex in there. My fat/weight loss was slow like .5-1lb a week which is normal but I wanted faster results. Between the fat burner and interval cardio... Man I'm happy.

For two weeks I stopped looking at the scale and then one day I did and I saw 208lbs!! I was shocked. I like my shoulder and trap area.
 
I don't think posting my workout routine would help on this page because I don't do as much weightlifting as cardio and diet to lose the fat

This week I will be upping the length of ky cardio sessions and less lifting. I have 5-6 more lbs to go to goal weight. Thermocore is definitely helping to burn it off. I'm glad it doesn't " turn up the heat" in my body because that feeling can be uncomfortable sometimes.
 
Having this weight off makes me feel so pumped and my body is ready to rock. I killed it in the gym and my weight is 207lbs. 7 more to go for my goal.

I was dieting before thermo core and it was working pretty much at .5-1 lb per week. Started taking thermo core and it was the same til the 2nd week I think and it kick start my body. Hy this time the estimated fat loss should be -9lbs but its -12/13lbs. Good product and I would run it again after I put on muscle in the future. Cut cycle.
 
I only have 5-6 pills left ( I'll have to look) and I am happy with this product. No jitters no crash no lack of sleep. I took shred matrix back in early December and I didn't feel or notice much. Maybe lack of appetite. Idk.

I would for sure buy this product in the future from a good company. Latest pictures and stats to come soon.
