I like the brownie n blueberry flavors in the past but have now seem the jars and they say improved flavor. Are the others flavors better now because before they sucked lol

Wut, you mean 200g of gainz added to each tub, right? :)
I recently picked up a tub of the new banana XT, much improved over the old...not scared about the sugar though, only using a scoop plus scoop of Select post WO...sugar, come at me...
 
It tastes way better. I've had the vanilla, rich chocolate, and fudge brownie. And if you're really worried that much about the sugar GNC has some nice proteins for her that will do nicely.
 
If you look at the label now on the improved flavor bottles, soy isolate has made its way to the top of the label which I'm guessing mean more soy protein per serving than the old bottles. That would explain the $25 price tag per 4lbs

Yup. I don't buy XT, it's super budget protein and as with super budget proteins, you get what you get. I really like Elite Whey, Elite Gourmet, and Elite Casein. Those are solid products.
