Dual Factor Training(2FT) for bodybuilding

I saw this program referenced in another post and have started to read up on it. Anybody have experience w./this program for bodybuilding?

I am beginning a lean bulk for the next 12 weeks w/ decent supplementation and am very interested in this program. I am eating just over maintenence, keeping protein high and trying to keep everything fairly clean. I will also be running/rowing 3-5 days a week.

Any input from people w/ experience on how the 2FT program would work for my goals?
