That is one patient officer. First I can't beleive how many chances he gave him. Then the dude put his hands on him and the cop didn't even kick his ass. That guy is lucky all he got was tazzed. Also the cop said he is just going to give him resisting arrest when he could of gave him assault charges.

I would have ****ed him up with the ASP. I.e. metal extendable baton.

Then pepper sprayed him.
