I suppose as long as its doctor prescribed, yes. I mean if you pop for painkillers but the doctor has you on them for a specific pain then it wont count you out, so I figure TRT would work in a similar fashion.
Not sure though 100%...You could ask the governing body of the sport you wish to play in.
as so long as you have a valid prescription and your test levels aren't way above baseline. each governing body has certain limits to which your test can be. as long as you are using maintenance dosing and not performance enhancing doses you shouldnt have a problem.

Last time I checked no doctors prescription could cover a "Therapeutic use exemption" for TRT. Things for asthma, diabetes (things that you can die from) they cover...but test no.
