Dropping weight on PH cycle?

I have one question..I've been on my current PH for about 2 weeks and I am happy with the results so far, but I want to drop weight quick. I was wondering if it's safe to take hcg drops (hormone free) while on my PH. If not what would you recommend to drop pounds quick? I've been doing weights for about 1 hour a day then cardio for 30-45 minutes but I'm just not losing weight like I'd like too.

Tune your diet better then , if you are doing that much cardio and not getting "good" or better to say...fast enough results , its your diet, and no matter what PH it is , what supp you add or w.e. friends tell yah , if you do not have diet on the dot , on a deficit , and without binging , nothing will make you get to your lean goals.

I feel like my diet is pretty good.. I am losing weight, I was just hoping to drop 20-25 pounds by August but I've only dropped about 4 so far since May 24
EDIT: I workout 4 days a week not everyday

lol 2 months and want to drop 20-25 lbs? That's easy to do even without PHs ;p , but you have to keep a good deficit , and every day cardio , and I would recommend 2x a day workouts so you keep the metabolism boosted and insulin sensitivity at its best...If your diet was in perfect check you would have already dropped good 10lbs in this past 2 weeks on a PH...again , recheck diet please, and do keep in mind , not even PHs are a shortcut to single digits body fat or abs , without proper diet you will NEVER get there :)! Post up your diet if you wish and we can give yah comment and help on it

Breakfast: 1 egg + 2 egg whites with tobacco sauce
Sometimes I'll change it with 3 eggo waffles and no fat syrup usually on Sunday's when I get tired of eggs.
Around 10a.m: protein shake and an apple
Lunch: Turkey sandwich(5 slices) 1 slice of american cheese and a serving of beef
Jerky
Preworkout: banana and a peanut butter sandwich with honey
Post workout: usually I'll have a serving of
Chicken (the Kraft deli fresh prepackaged chicken) and a protein shake
Around 8-9 pm: I'll usually have a bag of sun chips and a banana

Sometimes I'll have an extra peanut butter sandwich during the day but I usually follow this pretty strictly everyday

If you're on a cycle you're going to want to eat more than that even if you're cutting. Definitely need more protein. You're going to need to get your diet sorted out because it seems like you're lucky if you even hit 1500 calories per day which is very low for someone your size. While on a cycle you'll want to eat a lot of protein to at least to take advantage of it or else it'll just be kind of a waste of a cycle if your diet isn't up to par. You might want to substitute something for the beef jerky just because it's super high and sodium and that can make you hold water weight.

See this is what I meant by not having a proper diet , I don't see Macro/kCal ratios or counts of any kind , please look into a proper diet like IF or Ultimate Diet 2.0 by Lyle McDonald , or if you are that desperate to being Lean look into the Velocity diet , but please for the love of christ READ UP ON NUTRITION , MACRONUTRIENT NEEDS AND CALORICAL BURNS! Don't just eat for eating and train for training , gotta plan for success , even on cycle...like I said , PHs are not magic pills...Check Keto diets too to learn more about speeding fat loss...

As I tell everyone everything STARTS with diet and ENDS with diet. Get your diet in check.

I feel like your parent but your don't have any vegetables. green vegis are essential for losing fat. loose the sunchips take a casein protein shake to replace it at night. the beef jerky is loaded with sodium stay away from it. lose the cheese with the sandwhich it's fat. Consider a tuna sandwhich instead. Generally deli turkey is a fatty meat. You don't have any essential EFA's look into some almonds. What's worked great for me is I limit my carbs to breakfast and after my workout. other than that I cut them out. Honestly your diet is garbage as it stands right now
