Hey guys,
I’m looking to do a lean bulk (lgd 6-8 weeks) but want to drop some fat first.
My idea.
1) for 4 weeks prior to lgd cycle drop calories to 1000-1200 per day whilst taking osta to preserve muscle or at least as much as possible then take osta for additional 4 weeks when starting lgd cycle.
2) sort diet out to 400 cals over maintenance for the lgd cycle.
Obviously cycle support and pct plus Nolva or clomid pct
What do you guys think? Or anyone tried the same in the past?
