Drop fat quickly before a lean bulk.. thoughts?

Hey guys,

I’m looking to do a lean bulk (lgd 6-8 weeks) but want to drop some fat first.

My idea.

1) for 4 weeks prior to lgd cycle drop calories to 1000-1200 per day whilst taking osta to preserve muscle or at least as much as possible then take osta for additional 4 weeks when starting lgd cycle.

2) sort diet out to 400 cals over maintenance for the lgd cycle.

Obviously cycle support and pct plus Nolva or clomid pct

What do you guys think? Or anyone tried the same in the past?

Any advice is appreciated

I think that's a horrible idea.

dropping calories that much is going to suppress your natural hormonal production..... adding in Ostarine is going to significantly add to the suppression.

obviously the LGD is going to add to the HPTA suppression, as well.



I think you'd be better off simply doing a recomp cycle on the LGD instead....

100-200 calories isnt going to do much at all over four weeks. Maybe its best you drop calories by 300, Stay there a month. and before you start your cycle re-access things.

You can do a cycle gain strength and cut fat. You just wont gain as much muscle if your calories were oveer maintaince. So maybe slightly under maintenance but not too much , enough to lose a few percent body-fat.
