Driven2Lift Battles Gravity, One Plate at a Time

I chose my strongest lift for my goal, getting a decent deadlift would be a much different story I think

I feel most men are capable of 405 at least, provided they have someone teach them proper technique and they are willing to train hard and do work instead of what's fun. Your back history puts you in a bit of a different situation, but perhaps a trapbar could be utilized for a more upright torso squat/pull.

I have much less pain in a wide stance (feet almost touching the inner plates) but I want to get my standard deadlift up,

I'm sure I'll be picking your brain again once I'm chasing that goal full time
