Driven puts Quake 10.0 to the test, Can it keep me mean while getting lean?

Well like I said, I only have to be at the airport the next morning so when I get off around 4-5 I can head out your direction to make your trip a lot shorter. I might just get a hotel on that side of TO anyways for the night instead of the one I'll be in in Scarborough the other nights.

I'll look into good places on the west side of TO

Or if GNO knows of any

Ok dudes and dudettes, my tub of Quake has emptied.
I am going to give my final few workout thoughts here in this post and will put together my thoughts for a final review post to come soon both here and in the product review section (if the product has been added).

So I got in a leg and a posterior chain session with my last 3 scoops and used 1.5 for each, maybe 1.75 for my final workout where I shook the extras out of the bottom of the tub haha.

Pump was good in both sessions, and at no point has Quake debilitated me on a leg day so that is nice to see.
Energy was exactly as it has been throughout the tub, on a few occasions where I felt drained it was enough to get my head back in the game.
Caffeine is a magical thing ;)
I added a few reps to the top of my leg pyramid so I'm shifting weight up for next session to see if I can make some progress there, squat is the next lift due for a increase for me. I won't have Quake for the attempt but we will all know what pre I was using while I progressed to the point where I was *hopefully* able to hit a PR here :)

Got ya :)

Final Review of Quake:

Mixability: 10/10

Mixes easily into the recommended amount of water, or even less with just a few seconds tossed in a shaker, zero issues here

Taste: 9/10

I grabbed the Lemon Drop variety and have been remarking since the beginning of my log that is is not a tart or "lemonade" variety at all which is a nice change. It is a sweet but still refreshing lemon juice taste that I enjoyed both just sipping on or downing all at once without aftertaste issues or anything of the sort. My sweet spot was 1 scoop/8-9oz. water

Profile: 7.5/10

Know that a 7.5 rating from me is actually way above par for pre-workouts of the same price range as Quake on the market, and I do recommend this product as an effective pre. The missing points are mainly due to some balance issues between the stimulant content and the pump/ergogenic ingredients, those looking mainly for a pump here may be pushed out of their comfort zone for stimulants, and vice versa. I know this is a hard thing to dose and you can never please the whole crowd, everyone is different so I'm not holding that heavy against Quake, just a note.

Quake is well rounded, it scored higher for me because of this. It has a nice blend of both pump and endurance enhancing ingredients that I feel can help out anyone's workout routine. Energy is of course looked after as well here, the only thing I could have asked for above this possibly something for focus.

As a Performance Aid: 9/10

I had great lifts considering my caloric deficit while using a full tub of Quake. It held it's ground in that I maintained the same lifts I was hitting with my previous pre-workout (which I would also rate highly)
I think that anyone looking for a stimulated pre to try and get some better lifts would be happy with the purchase of Quake. It did as it was marketed to do for me. Pumps, energy, endurance are all there.
Endurance was the biggest change for me while using Quake, I think they hit the nail on the head with their additions to the formula on this front. L-Citrulline has always treated me well here but it was definitely more than that this time around.

Overall: 8.5/10

Again, one of the better options in this price range for actual performance enhancement brought to your lifts. Give it a try yourselves :)

Final Log Notes:
-Reps added into my main pyramid on all 3 big lifts during the course of this log.
-A PR was hit on bench but I'm struggling to maintain it (thinking the diet) I think I may run Quake again once I'm not cutting for a truer test.
-Sweet spot for dosing was 1.5 scoops and optionally another 0.5 intra

Thank you again to The Solution and the (now new) Scivation team for having me as a logger!

The focus was from the addition of Theanine Especially at a very high dose of 200mg. For you, you may not respond very well to it. Some loggers have noted energy for 2-3-4+ hours. But hey in the end you were honest, hand fun, and most of all logged to the best of your ability! Could not ask for much more then that!
