Your look like they turned out good. I like to get my pan real hot and seat the outside and have the inside still pink.

Just killed it at the gym. Hiit cardio. And complex/compound movement day. Birthday breakfast fit for a king. Pics posted after I'm done cooking

2 whole eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
2 tbsp jalapeño cream cheese
1/4 cup green chilies
Chipotle lime seasoning and onion powder
All cooked in a cap full of avocado oil


1/4 cup precooked steel cut oats
2tbsp natty pb
1/8 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 whole grapefruit

2 slices cracked wheat protein enriched toast
 
So after lifting this morning I pretty much have my Monday/Wednesday sessions figured out for my new split program. Tomorrow I should have my Tuesday/Thursday figured. Friday will be core/cardio/accessory lift focused. Saturday's will be a rotational complex/compound movement based session which I'm still figuring out. With the rotational schedule I have at work my off days will be 2x daily of the next month while I'm trying to cut. I'll get my routines up tomorrow and hopefully have a diet plan outlined as well
