What do you guys drink other than water on a normal basis? I realized I've been drinking way too much diet soda and although its "calorie-free" it sure as hell can't be "good" for you so I'm trying to limit my soda intake to mixed drinks. That being said, I don't always want to drink water. Don't get me wrong, I drink more water than someone learning to swim but I'm just looking for some variety. I enjoy kombucha but man is it expensive to drink consistently. I also love coffee but depending on my caffeine intake for the day sometimes its not an option (#teamnodecaf).
 
use things like Mio to flavor your water; also, try out some products like keto lytes or hydracharge for not just flavoring but also for increased hydration

Trying to stay away from the dyes and artificial **** but that is a good suggestion nonetheless.
 
Diet Coke as much as I want. I don’t give a **** about people saying it’s not "healthy" because of what’s in it it’s still 10000x healthier than a regular can of soda and most people who say that are eating like garbage and are dumber than a subway sandwich. Nothing wrong with diet soda.

That's the logic I was using too and I still do think that diet soda>sugar-laden soda but it is a bit incongruent to be all about health and then pound Diet Coke like Trump or John Daly lol.

I mean... name it all.. everything that’s available for you to drink or eat.. isn’t Diet Coke one of the most harmless or all? Lmao I eat 0 processed food. Carbs are nothing else than oatmeal,cream of rice,sweet potatoes,potatoes and bagels. Can’t really get healthier than that.. they can talk about my Diet Coke once they eat half as healthy as I am lol.

I get this sparkling mineral water "topo Chico" comes in glass bottles. it's good on it's own but you can use it for mixing your stuff
 
It's probably the best bubble water outside of making your own, but damn pricey if you drink it a lot- around $14 for 12 around here and I can put down 4-5 a day. I like seltzer that has larger bubbles, which this does, but that being said, you can make it just the same on your own with a soda machine. We bought ours for ~$100 and I use it constantly.
 
I generally only like seltzer water that has alcohol in it (idk why but I swear the alcohol makes it more tolerable). I see Topo Chico at a lot of Spanish joints though so I'll have to try it next time I'm at one, which is often.

I believe there is a somewhat recent study that showed Daily Diet Coke drinkers where at a much higher risk for a cardiovascular event (stoke and/or heart attack). I believe the Diet Coke was even higher percentage then regular daily Coke drinkers.

I think the debate though is whether or not it is the Diet Coke doing that or if it is the fact that the Diet Coke drinkers observed had other bad habits that caused it.

Well I quoted him because he thinks Diet Coke is the most harmless thing to drink and I cannot see that being true.

There’s also studies saying the complete opposite. That’s why these debates can never really be determined... I’m much more concerned about my steroid use to kill me than my Diet Coke consommation. Just like someone who eats junk food 4 times a week should be more concerned about his lifestyle and eating habits than his Diet Coke drinking.

That’s true for sure.
 
You don't have to force yourself to drink liters of water. It's better to calculate the requirement individually according to your weight. By the way, the water from food and drinks also counts (Whatever they say.).I do not drink soda, it harms the digestive tract, but I like coffee or tea, as well as freshly squeezed juices
 
Hi everyone;
When I wake up in the morning I love to drink fresh cow milk which is good for our health and helps to stay fit.
