Aight last couple days I've dosed my sleep has been great. 6 hours and I wake up feeling pretty good. I have like 4 doses left, I wish I had a lifetime supply lol.

I have 4 more doses left which makes me sad. I slept last night without it for about 6 hours and woke up not refreshed at all. When I do take REM 8.0, I sleep the same amount and wake up feeling great, so that speaks volumes to how well thus stuff works.
