Dr.'s First Ph Cycle and Intro

Hello everyone,

Let me first introduce myself. I am 22 years old and I have a little over two years of experience in bodybuilding. It has definitely been quite a journey and it has became a passion. Throuh trial and error, my diet and training has been spot on for the past year of my two year journey. I have been researching and finally decided to run my first cycle.

The ph that I have decided upon is epistane.
My cycle will look like the following:
Preload cycle assist 2 weeks.

Epi
30/30/30/30

If sides are not bad and I react well with it, then I will do.
30/40/40/40/40/40

Along with cycle assist, cissus, flax seed oil, multi vitamin and bcaa.

Pct
Torem 120/90/60/30 and taper off on last week into AI
AI Formestane
Lean Xtreme
Cycle assist

Along with cissus, flax seed oil, multi vitamin, bcaa, and creatine.

I am unsure of the dosing for the ai after the pct, so I can avoid rebound gyno or any unwanted sides.

My currents stats are at approx. 185 lbs and 14% fat. My diet is aimed at a recomp and I want to be at around 9 or 10 percent body fat with some gains in lean body mass.

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated!
 
I feel like 120mg might be a bit high for Torem but then again I have never used it so take that with a grain of salt, I just don't think Epi will shut you down hard enough for you to need that high of a dose. Other then that everything looks good, you could toss in some DAA if you want a little extra bump in getting natty test back but its not a must.
 
Agreed, from what I've researched that is way too high for a full week, if you want to *blast* it in like that for a day or two, ok, but for a full week that's a bit high.

I'd start the AI week 3 of PCT and run it 2-3 past tapering down gradually. Again, I have no experience with formastene myself, but I'm sure someone can point you in the ballpark of the proper dosages.

Finally, with that much of a BF loss as your goal I'd train/diet for a recomp/cut, and possibly consider adding in a non-stim fatburning product. Although with your stats You might want to consider running this as a pure recomp/lean bulk, and then do a mild non-androgen cut afterwards (although for that I'd reccomend a different compound).

All in all though I do have to commend you for putting together a solid plan.
