Doubt as diet EPISTAIN+CAFFEINE+COLLAGEN CYCLE.

Hello everybody, my name is Ivson ! I'm from Brazil and I hope you have a little patience as my language.
A friend got me a pot of Epistain . Are 120 capsules , each containing 15mg , plan to launch a day 4 capsules , one every 6 hours, thus closing 60mg per day. It is planned to complete the cycle in 30 days , but I have doubts as to my feed.
Height is in 1.87 , weight 197lb . body fat at about 16 ~ 19% . I saw many reports here in this forum and I really liked the results, and the way it was reported . I have a bit of gynecomastia that I have been overweight in the past. So my focus on this diet would lose some body fat , and gain a lot of muscle mass . My food I intended to do an average of 270g of protein per day , and lower carbohydrate. The high amount of protein is to try to cause the body to go into ketosis and I can lose fat in the first two weeks. Pre workout would only Protein . Someone who already ciclou can show me what to do, or tips ? Thanks in advance.
 
I'm pretty sure too much protein will kick you out of ketosis from what I've seen. Also, I'd either lower the dosage and run it longer or buy another bottle.
 
First day of the cycle . Last night launched a tablet, this morning launched another. I am making use of 6 in 6 hours.
After taking the pill this morning , I ate 200 grams of chicken for pre workout. I noticed an increase in endurance and strength on the first day . After training ate more than 200 grams of chicken. I'm at work and brought + 200g chicken to eat at lunch and 150 for the afternoon snack . I felt a little headache, but nothing too strong!
