Anyone experience any good or bad results from two a days. Same muscle ? Id say 7 am then 3 pm? Heavy in am light at night ive heard? Just at a bad plateau and looking for great advice to break through it and i think 2 weeks of two a days may help.
 
When I was playing football they would have us go to summer workouts three times a week that lasted an hour and half maybe like 9 to 10:30. I remember always getting solid leg workouts in those days at football workouts but later in the day maybe around 4 I would go to my gym and do only upper body. So I think that it can be beneficial as long as you go about it the right way and have a good rotation to let every muscle group recovery properly. Cheers!
 
keep in mind that with increased frequency you will need to lower intensity, volume or both. volume would be what i would lower at least.
