Double split?

Anybody here training with double split program?

How often you train and did you start with like two days of double split per week and other sessions were once a day and then slowly increasing the double-training days?

I have thought of trying this method while on cycle and I've seen it working pretty well on naturals too. Just needs little bit of time to get used to. And lots of sleep and food of course...

I've mostly been planning of training the same muscle group AM and PM, morning would be heavy weights without going go failure and evening would be more isolating movements, maybe with intensity techniques like triple sets and drop sets. Hopely you'll get the idea now even if I'm really bad explaining it clearly
