There is no special "mass gaining workout" There is a "workout" and the "mass gaining" comes from food. Food, which you need to correctly count via scale and measuring, because what you mentioned before, isn't 9,500 calories nor 6,500 calories.
2-a-days should be for advanced lifters who are most likely on performance enhancing drugs.
You're a high school athlete. I recommended this in your other thread. It's for athletes. You WILL put on both size AND strength.
