If you notice tingling or numbness of the hands or feet then back the doseage down some because it can damage nerves

Are B-6 and Vitex Agnus Castus as effective as using Dostinex?

I'm considering getting dostinex as my nipples have been feeling itchy lately. Even though I'm taking 400mg of B-6 a day and 400mg of Vitex, I don't want to take the chance if it's not as effective.

Maybe I'm just tripping.:think:
