feenugreek 5g ed
macca 3g ed

I want to add some powerful to the mix

what do u guys think???

what is the doseage for powerfull???
6 or 9 caps per day???
am or pm???
1 big dose or split dose????

I would do 9 caps per day split AM, bfore workout, before bed. Make sure to take on empty stomach
