Now i know its beneficial to mix it and start drinking before workout and through-out the workout. Do i still have to have another serving post workout?

I mix my Xtend up in a big jug and start sipping it on the way to the gym, continue sipping it during my workout, and finish whatever I have left post-workout. I recommend using 4-8 scoops based on what you can afford.
