DOSING TIME FOR DERMACRINE AND FORMASURGE

I'm running both, dosing Dermacrine at night and Formasurge in the morning. Is that recommended, or should it be reversed? Or, does it matter? Thanks

no...

i use the dermacrine 1st thing in morning.....i use formasurge in morning along with dermacrine, with a 2nd dose in evening.

in my experience if i dose formasurge to close to bedtime it interferes with sleep, at least a few hours before bed and i am fine.

i am a bps rep and i know many will discount my opinion because of this, but i have been a formestane fan for many years and together with dermacrine i have seen really good results.

I appreciate the help. I am going for a recomp. So I am hoping I can keep my strength and cut bf. But I guess that's what we are all after. Hopefully the combination wil assist in that goal. Thanks again! Anyone wish to disagree?
