Hey all. Looking for some guidance from those who have used this herb to increase free test with success.
I have 250 mgs pills. I plan to take 2 day to start.
Any suggestions as to best time, and whether to take them separately? Anything they should or should not be taken with. FWIW, I take a prostate formula, with saw palmetto at night; the bottle (NOW brand) suggests saw palmetto.
