Okay so I just got my hands on powerfull,symmetry and cissus (1 bottle of each) and want to know the most effective dosing schedule for this stack. I will be working out in the morning, goal is to get into the low teens for bf% - currently around 18-19%. Extremely clean diet which has gotten me where I am today. Thoughts? (lifting 3x per week / cardio 3x per week and 1 cheat day per week (no workout at all and no food restrictions)
