Start with the recommendation on the bottle and then experiment to your liking. Do a search here on the board as there are many threads discussing peoples various protocols and the merit thereof.
Personally, I like P-Slin with my preworkout meal with 100 g's complex carbs (oats, sprouted grain or other quality, low GI, complex carb) and AP with 3 or 4 other meals containing more than 30g's. Before P-Slin I doubled the preworkout meal dose of AP.
So what your saying is that I should take a double dose pre-workout and another dose Post? I would love to have P-Slin but I've acquired way too much of AP so I'm kind of stuck with that for now. I need to start dosing this product as much as I can a day before it expires on me.
