Dosing Nutrex Niox

I am going to add this product to my daily supps but the dosing is a lil confusing.

It states take on an empty stomach or the product will not be absorbed correctly. But it also says take 30 mins before a workout.

I usually have my pre workout meal or shake approx 90 mins before my workout, so I am wondering if the niox will still be absored if taken an hour after pre workout shake or meal ?

Any thoughts on this gents ?
 
I've used this product religiously and I love it. If you eat a small meal or have a shake and wait one hour you should be fine, it'll still get absorbed. However, if you do take this product in a fasted stated the pumps will be awesome minus the tweak feeling of other N.O. products. I usually take three pills in the a.m. before a meal-30 min prior and three preworkout.

Please note the dosing on the bottle for weight ranges. I weight less than 200 pounds-185 to be exact- and only take 6 per day and am very happy. On several occassions I tried 4 in the am and 4 pre workout and pumps were super awesome-done on my beach days, you know to get a few extra looks. If you are above 200 start at 8 perday split 4am/4pre w.o. and adjust from there. If you take this and a pwo, like, superpump, etc. it may be too much.

Sidebar: 4 niox and 6 vitrix(their Test product) make you feel unstoppable at the gym or elsewhere.
