Dosing Novedex XT for Epistane PCT

Today is my last day using Epistane and I have a bottle of Novedex XT for PCT.

My question, how do I dose this?

I dosed Epistane, 20/30/40/40

You should have gotten a SERM, man.

Novedex XT is not enough. I don't know much about it, but 2 a day for 30 days would probably be your best bet.

If you diet correctly, and sleep, and train hard--you'll keep a decent amount. A SERM would help this, but you don't have much of an option now.

The way to dose it is 4 pills before bed tapering down to 1 pill like so:

Week 1 4pills
week 2 3pills
week 3 2 pills
week 4 1 pill

total of 70 pills bottle has 60,so...use a little less or get another bottle

Nolvadex xt requires anal insertion for best absorbtion.

Don't do steroids if you afraid to buy a serm.

novadex xt is dogsh*t......nd epi is a steroid really....id be more worried about restoring hpta than retaining gains op.....live n learn
