dosing mass fx

So i researched a little to see what I could learn about the best way to dose mass fx. As is usually the case, everyone has a different opinion. My work schedule does not allow me to lift at the same times or take supplements at the same times every day. What is the best way to dose it? The only true constant time for me is 6:00. I start and end my work shift at that time every day. Days off I don't see six a.m. I am 195lbs so I am assuming that the four caps per day is accurate?
 
You could do 4 or 6 caps, if you are running it alone I say go with 6, you would go 2 upon waking, 2 later on, and 2 pre workout and space them evenly...like this

2 caps 7am
2 caps noonish
2 caps pre workout at 6 or so

Always take 2 prior to working out, and if you decide to run just four caps per day then do 1 1 2.

BTW I loved Massfx while cutting, dropped lbs and gained lots of strength, you should have good results, run it for up to 8 weeks
 
thanks. I got three bottles so I should have enough for six a day for 8 weeks.
I also take NO2, CE2, fish oil, BCAA's, milk thistle, multi vitamin, and green tea extract. Any suggestions on additions or omissions? I am trying a clean/lean bulk.

Hoow old are you gabe? If you're still in your 20's, 4 caps a day should be enough.
